X: A Pop-Up Gay Bar Open For One Weekend Only

It's time for something a little bit different. This weekend we're opening up a pop-up gay warehouse bar that's open only this Friday and Saturday night before closing down forever. It's called simply X. We've found an old abandoned space that we're bringing to life for two nights. One of the world's best graffiti artists, Sofles, is going to be tagging up the walls and a temporary sound and lighting system will make it feel like home. X will be the most rocking gay bar in Australia - but only for two nights this weekend. X OPENING PARTY: Friday January 18 from 10pm X CLOSING PARTY: Saturday January 19 from 10pm X is held in a space at 16 Wentworth Avenue in Darlinghurst, just off Oxford Street, that used to house Mars Lounge many years ago. DJs Adam Love, Smithers, Chip and more will be entertaining you all night long (from 10pm to very late). This is one warehouse party that you don't want to miss. Entry is $10, with the lovely Gael on the door. X marks the spot this weekend.
