Since 1994, Kermadec is considered one of Auckland's flagship seafood restaurants. Peter Thornley and his team serve premium seafood and a stunning menu covering all of the high end New Zealand classics: Roast Hapuku, Confit Big Glory Bay Salmon, 'St. Peters Fish', Auckland Island Scampi and Cloudy Bay Diamond Clams 'Pot Au Feu.' Loosen that belt and have some Valrhona Chocolate Moelleux after for dessert. The Roof Garden is absolutely stunning, as is the Ocean Dawn Room.
